Shipping:
All orders are shipped within 2 days of your purchase (usually on the same day if at all possible!) We are known for our fast shipping but once in a long while, we may need the extra day.
We do not ship on Saturday. Shipping for all orders after 11 am on Friday go out on Monday.
Orders ship weight-based, First class mail unless:

they are over 1 pound, which the USPS requires priority mail for $10.50

you CHOOSE priority mail which means you can stuff your bag, have insurance, and it ships fast.
Shipping overcharges and combined orders: We will refund shipping if you are grossly overcharged or if you decide to make more than one order in a day, and when we notice that you have 2 orders and they are both set to go out on the same day. Please allow a few days for that refund to be posted to your payment account.
Monthly kits and subscriptions:
These are shipped during the second half of each month- and they go out ONE MONTH later than your purchase date. If you pay for a subscription product this month, it ships at the end of NEXT month. This is clearly stated on the sales page for our kits.
Digital Downloads:
You receive an email after your purchase. All download links are available in this email. If you can't find it, please contact us for the link.
Your Account:
You have a personal page on the website to manage your account.

Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase under the following conditions:
Contact us immediately.
Product must be unopened, unused, and clean for us to restock and resell it.
Shipping fees are NEVER refundable unless the mistake is ours.
Once a package is sent, the post office has the company's money and that is never returned to us. So please check your address to be sure your package is going to the right place.
Privacy:
Your email, phone, name, and address are solely used by the company to contact you and ship to you.
Email marketing is a thing here- you may opt out, however you will miss important communications if you do.
We never sell, trade, expose, or give away your information to anyone outside of CreateAlong.com.
